With Obi-Wan Kenobi scheduled to hit Disney+ in May, it appears that Epic is preparing for another Star Wars crossover. According to iFireMonkey, the user spotted Epic Games’ second monitor at the State of Unreal showcase showing a Fortnite game folder that listed all the crossovers coming to the game such as Family Guy, Indiana Jones, and of course, Darth Vader. Vader wouldn’t be the first Sith to hit Fortnite as the game featured his master, Emperor Palpatine, in a limited event before the premiere of The Rise of Skywalker in 2019.
On the second monitor you can see some folders such as:- Family Guy- Chapter 3 - Season 3 Jones- Chapter 3 - Season 3 - Vader- Doomand some other files Spotted by @polaqwym pic.twitter.com/CmfQ2lUxs0 — iFireMonkey (@iFireMonkey) April 5, 2022 For all the criticism Fortnite has received in recent years, you can’t deny how great of a job Epic has done with the game’s steady stream of content. The well-planned crossovers have become the benchmark for the rest of the industry, forcing the competition to try and keep up - often to no avail. The arrival of the Dark Lord of the Sith is just going to be the latest in Epic’s long line of new and exciting content for Fortnite. Curiously enough, an Obi-Wan skin wasn’t spotted in the leak, but we’re hoping that Fortnite is thinking about adding Ewan McGregor’s character into the game alongside his former comrade. Speaking of everything that’s coming to Fortnite, Epic’s recent initiative of raising funds for humanitarian efforts in Ukraine is a huge success. After raising $36 million in less than 48 hours, Epic has pooled more than $144 million in total in just two weeks. This unprecedented move came just days after Epic turned the entire Fortnite community on its head by removing building entirely from the game before reintroducing it following a short wait and adding a new Zero Build mode to cater to audiences who would like to enjoy Fortnite without worrying about building.
