This isn’t to say that Game Pass is all about the big stuff. Its lineup is still full of hidden gems that are just as worthy of your attention albeit without all the star power. Having said that, Microsoft knows that it’s the AAA games that pull people in. So, on the backs of its most recent marketing blitz, the tech giant is adding several noteworthy titles to its games-on-demand service. Here’s everything that’s coming to Game Pass from now until the end of the month, as well as the stealth additions from the past weekend:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge  - June 16 (Cloud, Console, PC) Omori - June 17 (Cloud, Console, PC) Shadowrun Trilogy - June 21 (Cloud, Console) Total War: Three Kingdoms - June 21 (PC) FIFA 22 via EA Play - June 23 (Console, PC) Naraka: Bladepoint - June 23 (Cloud, Console, PC) Far Cry 5 - July 1 (Cloud, Console, PC)

Unfortunately, just as Microsoft gives, it also takes away, so you’ll have to say goodbye to the following games on June 30:

FIFA 20 via EA Play (Console, PC) Jurassic World Evolution (Console, Cloud) Last Stop (Cloud, Console, and PC) MotoGP 20 (Cloud, Console, and PC)

Ultimately, the June lineup for the Xbox Game Pass is solid. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is easily the best beat-’em up in years and pays homage to iconic titles in the genre while also introducing modern niceties to cater to today’s fans. The Shadowrun Trilogy is also the very definition of a cult classic that combines high-quality writing with a fun XCOM-like combat system. Also, who can forget about Far Cry? We know that Far Cry 5 isn’t the best Far Cry, but it’s not the worst either. Finally, there’s Naraka: Bladepoint, which should only get better now that it’s on the Xbox Series S/X with a PS5 version underway. We’re hoping that Microsoft can maintain this kind of quality lineup going forward if only so that Sony’s now-competitive rebranded PS Plus has to keep up as well. After all, more competition = better for consumers.
